Zero-Knowledge Storage
Your files are designed to stay private.
SwishFiles uses a Global File Storage Network with infrastructure in multiple regions. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and encrypted at rest.
What zero-knowledge means
- Your files are encrypted in a way that prevents us from accessing their contents
- We do not have visibility into the data stored inside your files
- We cannot read, view or analyze the contents of your stored files
- Access is controlled by your account credentials
- Only you and people you explicitly share access with can access your files
While we cannot access file contents, we may process limited metadata, such as file names, sizes and timestamps, as necessary to operate the service.

We use limited providers to operate SwishFiles.
These providers process data only as necessary to perform their services for SwishFiles.
SwishEmail
Used for account-related email services and communication connected to SwishFiles.
Postmark
Used for transactional email delivery, such as account or service notifications.
Google Analytics
Used on public-facing pages only to understand website traffic and improve our public website.
