Where do I log in?

You can access SwishFiles through the SwishFiles portal at portal.swishfiles.com.

I cannot access my account. What should I do?

Check that your email and password are correct. If needed, use the password reset option from the login page.

Can support access my files?

Support should only ask for the information needed to investigate your issue. Never send passwords or private security details.
